as a person who knows what anxiety feels like i thought i could translate my experiences into art. this song is about an inner battle and a panic attack, but also about hope.
if you can relate, i just want you to know you're not mad. don't ever think you are. there are people out there who will understand once you spill your secret and there's lots of help that you can get. just don't keep it to yourself. been there, done that. it sucks.

no to pora na uzewnętrznienie się i po polsku :) jako osoba, która wie co to znaczy zmagać się z lękiem, pomyślałam, że przekuję moje doświadczenia w jakąś formę sztuki. piosenka jest głównie o wewnętrznej walce i ataku paniki, ale jest ona także o nadziei.
jeśli ktoś z was wie o czym mówię z autopsji, chciałam tylko powiedzieć, że nie jesteś świrem. nigdy tak nie myśl. jest wiele osób, które mogą pomóc i jest wiele form pomocy, którymi można się zainteresować. trzeba tylko jednego: opowiedzenia komuś o własnych zmaganiach. co jest trudne. kiedy wisiały nade mną najciemniejsze chmury, nie potrafiłam się zebrać do rozmowy o problemie przez ponad dwa lata. nie polecam.
pozwólcie sobie na zostanie znalezionymi. nie w przyszłym tygodniu. teraz.
